Junior Solutions Engineer

Job Description Summary :

In this role, you'll get experience across many departments to develop your LTL expertise. The successful candidate will engage cross functionally to discover opportunities and drive top customer service and operational excellence through our smart network. The engineer will help lead change using a process oriented, data driven, and customer focused approach. A successful engineer can understand the big picture, make the right tradeoffs, and has excellent analytical skills. In addition, they excel at thinking creatively and developing collaborative working relationships with business partners, technical experts, and customers. The successful candidate will be results oriented problem solver, effective at working in a team environment, and then communicating results.

• Work with stakeholders, users, leadership, and IT to inform and develop tools.
• Create performance reporting to identify opportunities to control costs and meet operational and service objectives.
• Identify and remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of process improvement that will lead to cost reduction and competitive advantage.
