RoadSafe’s Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and operational resource for the field organization. This role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering strong relationships across the company. The HRBP will collaborate with field teams and corporate leadership to implement programs that enhance employee engagement, improve retention, and reduce turnover. Acting as a trusted advisor, the HRBP will contribute to the success and growth of RoadSafe by ensuring HR strategies support business goals.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Serve as a consultative partner to field managers in areas such as communication, employee relations, performance management, policy compliance, and talent development.
- Provide HR policy guidance and support merit planning initiatives.
- Offer expertise on change management and organizational development strategies.
- Coach, counsel, and train managers and employees on company policies, procedures, career development, employee relations, and labor relations.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, policies, and programs that support business objectives.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
- Ensure legal compliance related to employee management, reducing risk and adhering to employment regulations. Partner with the legal department as necessary.
- Provide performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster a positive work environment by strengthening employee relations, building morale, and improving productivity and retention.
- Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Support workforce planning, business unit restructuring, and succession planning efforts.
- Identify training needs and implement corporate training programs, ensuring they align with business goals and employee development objectives.

Required Education And Experience
- 8 to 10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations and talent management.
- Experience supporting multiple locations in a field-based or national role.
- Strong knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation, diversity and inclusion, performance management, labor relations, and employment laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence decision-making, and drive business results through HR strategies.
