Position Summary :
The Senior Application and Business Intelligence Analyst is a key IT role focused on analyzing business processes, developing data-driven reporting solutions, supporting, and enhancing core company applications, and managing data warehouse and reporting tools. This position plays a critical role in designing and implementing scalable, secure applications and aligning technology initiatives with corporate goals. The role involves collaborating with external vendors, development teams, and cross-functional partners to optimize resources and drive technological advancements.
Key proficiencies include Snowflake (or similar), Tableau (or similar), business analysis, ERP, CRM, API, and ETL integrations. Strong project management skills, the ability to create and deliver training programs, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving are essential.
The Senior Application and Business Intelligence Analyst drives RoadSafe's technology strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, solving business challenges, and achieving impactful results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document processes and workflows.
- Create swim lane and process diagrams to depict data flow and system integrations for current and future workflows.
- Implement architected solutions based on designed workflows and system interactions.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs.
- Manage and enhance the data warehouse infrastructure.
- Partner with IT teams, internal stakeholders, and external business partners to deliver technology solutions.
- Design and deliver training programs for end users and developers.
- Document and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the role of key applications in RoadSafe's business processes.
