Position Summary :
RoadSafe has successfully implemented procurement savings and inventory reduction initiatives and is seeking an experienced, results-driven Supply Chain Manager to sustain and expand these achievements. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver, self-starter, and collaborative leader with strong analytical skills. This role will leverage core Supply Chain Management principles to drive business objectives across multiple service lines in our diverse, branch-based network, which includes both services and product distribution. Key Responsibilities :
Vendor Management :
- Manage and enhance the current vendor management system, identifying and implementing improvements for future scalability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing vendors.
- Lead and support vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms, conditions, and pricing.
- Monitor adherence to contract terms, track credit and rebate programs, and ensure maximum value realization.
