Responsibilities:
- Ensure all food orders are complete and accurate before they leave the kitchen.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of dishes.
- Check food for proper presentation and temperature.
- Communicate any special instructions or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
- Handle any issues or complaints regarding food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized expo area.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff on expo procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
