What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Specialist position at Roadway Moving?
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective clients by thoroughly reviewing our internal database.
- Initiate contact with potential prospects to gather essential information regarding their relocation needs, subsequently transferring them to the appropriate sales representative.
- Create comprehensive moving profiles and maintain accurate customer information within our internal software systems.
- Collaborate with the outside sales department to coordinate on-site visits with relocation specialists.
- Effectively manage data for new and prospective customers, ensuring all information is meticulously logged into the system with precision and consistency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales role.
- Proficiency in managing high call volumes and the ability to excel under pressure.
- A strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a professional demeanor.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
- Flexible availability to accommodate varying schedules.
- Shifts are available from 8:00 AM EST to 8PM EST including Saturdays and Sundays. Expected 40-50h work week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
