Role & Responsibilities

• Device inventory forecasting – the candidate will be responsible for managing physical inventory and developing inventory forecasting models by taking into account the sales forecast and its probability, the inventory in hand and the devices at customer locations, and its pickup schedule to ensure orders are fulfilled on time in full.
• Device Procurement – Each device is procured / manufactured by HW suppliers. The candidate will be responsible for owning the procurement of all device types and vendor / supplier relationships including contract creation, negotiations, and pricing.
• Costing – The candidate will be responsible for developing cost models and implementing them with a network of courier service providers globally to ensure efficient and cost-effective circulation of devices.
• Managing 3PL – The candidate will be responsible for managing the 3PL including defining and measuring KPIs.
• Working with finance team – The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the revenue is realized faster through efficient delivery of devices to our customers.
• Device Health & RMA – The candidate will manage the team to ensure that the device inventory for circulation is in good quality condition, working with 3rd party device repair centers and in-house repair teams.
• Working with global team – The candidate will work and contribute to the success of operations team members in various global locations.
• Creating and Managing Foreign Trade Zones – The candidate will be responsible for creating a blueprint of Roambee’s FTZ network around the globe to ensure smooth movement of device inventory and compliance with customs and border security.
