Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly stocked and sanitized.
- Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Assist with catering events or special functions as needed, contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently handling multiple orders during peak hours while maintaining quality service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus.
- Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
