- Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Grounds and Facilities Manager to join our team at the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA). As a Grounds and Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities of RFTA, including bus maintenance facilities, Rubey Park, RFTA bus stops, Employee Housing, Office buildings, and other facilities.
- Main Responsibilities: Performs repairs and maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, general/preventative maintenance, and repairs related to bus stops, landscaping, electrical, plumbing, and EAM software system.
- Requirements: A minimum of two years' experience in at least two of the following fields: painting, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, heavy equipment operation, or electrical. Must possess and maintain a valid Motor Vehicle Operator's License.
- Work Environment: This position requires working at various locations, including Carbondale, Colorado, and may involve working in extreme weather conditions.
