Key Responsibilities :

- Foster a positive work experience by supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Benefits Administration
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
- Employee Relations and Disciplinary Actions
- Assist in addressing employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Support management in conducting disciplinary actions and resolving employee disputes professionally and effectively.
- Compliance and Documentation
