Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Coordinate training programs and employee performance reviews.
Accounting:
- Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with budgeting.
- Support the accounting team during audits and month-end close processes.
Executive Assistance:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and employees or external partners.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR and accounting roles, with a strong understanding of both.
- Proven experience in executive support or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks).
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
