We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy Video & Content Creator to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes video content, understands social media trends, and knows how to craft highly engaging videos, Reels, and live content that grab attention from the first second.
You’ll be responsible for filming, editing, and optimizing influencer-style videos and photography content that align with our brand’s voice and marketing objectives. You should be comfortable working remotely but also able to travel for video shoots, influencer collaborations, and special events, including some weekends.

Key Responsibilities
- Video Creation & Editing: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts for various platforms.
- Live Video Production: Plan, execute, and optimize live streaming and event-based content for social media.
- Photography: Capture professional, high-quality photos for digital content, marketing campaigns, and social media.
- Trend Research & Execution: Stay on top of video trends, memes, storytelling techniques, and the latest editing styles.
- Storytelling & Hook Optimization: Develop compelling video narratives, engaging hooks, and ensure videos capture attention within the first few seconds.
- Software & AI Tools: Utilize editing software like InShot, CapCut, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and AI video tools to create compelling content.
- On-Site Shoots: Attend influencer shoots, marketing activations, and brand events to capture both video and photo content.
- Travel Requirements: Be available to travel with the CEO for key events, brand partnerships, or important video shoots.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaign objectives and brand strategy.
- Basic Design Skills (Bonus): Ability to create simple graphics or animations using Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator is a plus.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in video production, photography & editing (portfolio required).
- Strong storytelling skills—ability to create engaging narratives that connect with the audience.
- Deep knowledge of social media video trends, formats, and viral content strategies.
- Proficiency in mobile and desktop editing tools (InShot, CapCut, After Effects, Premiere Pro, AI-based tools, etc.).
- Experience creating influencer-style content, Reels, and live videos that feel natural and engaging.
- Reliable transportation to travel to locations within the San Juan area for shoots.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Comfortable with travel for shoots and events, including some weekends.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
