Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter/Drywall Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and/or drywall finishing, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Duties
- Apply joint tape and compound to seams, corners, and fasteners to create a smooth finish.
- Sand finished surfaces to achieve a uniform texture ready for painting or other finishes.
- Restore and maintain existing drywall structures as needed, ensuring durability and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in drywall finishing techniques is a plus.
- Experience with industrial, commercial and/or residential painting is preferred.
