The Market Development Manager is responsible for all aspects of Robbins’ Marketing development activities for the company. The Market Development Manager will be evaluated on the level and quality of information created and maintained.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
- Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
- Developing and updating marketing plans to penetrate new and existing markets.
- Work with the Business Development to develop a marketing budgets to include print media, web media, advertising, trade shows and other vehicles for promoting Robbins in the market.
- Working within the budget to update promotional material and schedule marketing activities.
- Maintaining all Robbins literature and creating new literature to be used at marketing material (company profiles, proposals, resumes for RFP submission, etc.).
- Maintaining all social media platforms and content creation for those platforms.
- Ability to obtain and source photography for project updates and finish project photos.
- Assist with sourcing volunteer opportunities for the company.
- Manage internal and external company communications such as, but not limited to, quarterly newsletters and monthly team meetings.
- Assist in building and maintaining a network of referral sources.
- Attend professional and industry affiliations and represent Robbins Construction Group in a professional manner when needed.
- Comprehensive lead generation and prospecting and identifying potential customers/clients.
- Create, develop, and maintain project signage and windscreen standards.
- Prepare hard hat stickers for individual projects.
- Communicate and coordinate with signage companies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years' experience in marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Canva, Photoshop and/or Illustrator
