- Client & Designer Relationship Management: Proven success in fostering the growth and development of strong relationships with clients and design professionals.
- Project Liaison: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
- Client Engagement & Marketing: Actively participate in client-initiated meetings, ceremonial events, and regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and support business development efforts.
- Business Development: Identify new project opportunities and provide timely updates to the Division Manager (DM) and Business Development team regarding potential projects with both existing and prospective clients.
- Industry Networking & Representation: Regularly engage in presentations to secure new business for Robbins Construction Group and actively participate in industry-related organizations to promote the company’s interests.
- Client Interaction & Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to engage with owners effectively, producing positive results through strong written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Problem-Solving & Value Engineering: Provide strategic insights to projects, offering innovative solutions to overcome challenges and optimize outcomes.
- Experience & Leadership:
- 10–15 years of construction experience as a Preconstruction Manager, with a track record of successfully managing the above responsibilities.
- 16 years of overall construction experience.
- Proven leadership in guiding project teams to successful outcomes.
- Education & Technical Skills:
- Preferred bachelor's degree in a construction-related discipline.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam software for the creation and modification of PDF documents.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel estimating spreadsheets. Must be proficient in Building Connected
