Position Title: Wellness Coordinator
(with Medication Administration and Charge of Shift responsibilities assigned [if willing] with demonstrated ability & compensated accordingly)
- 2nd Shift (2p-10p) PT & FT Available
- 3rd Shift (10p-6a) PT & FT Available
*** 2nd & 3rd starts @ $ 16.50 ($ 15.50 $1.00 shift differential) DCW premium (adds $2.50-3.00/ hour [average] paid quarterly)
- No formal experience required.
- No licensure/ No certification required.

- Previous medication administration experience preferred with demonstrated ability to administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals (or willingness to learn with additional hands-on training) EMAR = ECP.
- Will work as Supervisor of Shift to ensure exceptional resident care services. Enforce protection of all residents.
- Initiates judgment/ management of resident care with change of condition, need for transfer and/ or death (Department Manager available on-call 24/7 for consult).
- Calmly and effectively attend to resident needs.
- Delivers person-centered care.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including transferring out of bed, bathing, dressing, using the toilet, standing, walking, and exercising while being sensitive to their needs and change in behavior/ cognition. Repeatedly round halls.
- Must be able to read, write, carry out directions and work on your feet for 6 to 12 hours per day.

- Every-other weekend and holidays required.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with catheter care and other medical procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
