RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide comprehensive legal representation in a wide range of real estate litigation cases, including but not limited to property conflicts, construction litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, zoning, and land use matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and case preparations, providing clear and actionable advice to clients.
- Draft and prepare various legal documents for court proceedings and settlements, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, from trials and hearings to arbitrations and mediations, ensuring their interests are safeguarded.
- Collaborate closely with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services and achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
- Manage and prioritize a substantial caseload, maintain time and records, meet deadlines, and ensure the efficient progression of cases.
