Main Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage potential technology candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit with client organizations.
- Talent Acquisition
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Create and manage job listings on multiple platforms, including job boards and company websites.
- Business Development
- Partner with client organizations, hiring managers, and department heads to comprehensively understand their technology staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for recruitment needs.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and labor market conditions.
- Compliance and Documentation

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3 years of business development, recruiting or service industry related business development.
- Proven experience as a Full Desk Technology Recruiter with a successful track record in placing technology professionals.
- Extensive knowledge of technology roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
