We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager who will be instrumental in driving client engagement and revenue recovery for an event. The role is based in Sarasota, Florida, and is within the event space industry. Responsibilities: • Engage in daily communication with existing clients, potential leads, and past event participants to build relationships.• Identify and revive potential revenue opportunities.• Employ a mix of warm and light cold calling techniques to enhance client relationships.• Facilitate the transition of interested clients to the internal sales team for further action.• Leverage CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, to manage and track client interactions effectively.• Ensure all client communication and follow-ups are accurately logged for efficient communication.• Provide regular updates and progress reports to the manager to ensure alignment with project objectives.• Contribute to campaign planning and manage budget processes.• Utilize 3M and ATS systems effectively in day-to-day operations
