Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage customer accounts and ensure they are monitored appropriately.
- Resolve all customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle the processing of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain customer records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Utilize 3M and other Accounting Software Systems effectively for customer account management.
- Leverage ADP - Financial Services for financial management related to customer accounts.
- Employ ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for effective communication and data transfer.
- Use CRM and About Time tools for efficient customer relationship management and time management.
- Oversee accounting functions related to customer accounts and ensure their smooth operation.
- Handle billing functions and ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Participate in budget processes and ensure they align with customer account management requirements.
- Assist in campaign planning to further enhance customer relationships.
- Proficiency in 3M products and systems
- Experience with various Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Experience in using About Time software
- Ability to handle Accounting Functions effectively
- Experience in managing Billing Functions
- Understanding of Budget Processes in a corporate setting
- Experience in Campaign Planning and execution in a marketing environment
