The role in focus is that of an Accountant/Accounts Payable, where you will be anticipated to handle a variety of accounting functions, particularly focusing on Accounts Payable (AP) and related activities.Responsibilities:• Assisting in the transition of accounting software from Excel to accounting ERP in the near future.• Handling manual work in AP, including opening mail, scanning documents, and making entries.• Performing account coding for appropriate financial tracking and management.• Utilizing various accounting software systems for efficient financial management.• Executing accounting entries accurately and timely.• Conducting account reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy and completeness.• Ensuring efficient management of Accounts Payable (AP) operations.• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various financial and accounting tasks.
