The selected individual will play a key role in managing various accounting tasks in a manufacturing and distribution environment. This role is crucial in processing customer-related transactions, maintaining accurate records, and resolving queries with a proactive approach.
Responsibilities :
- Efficiently manage and process accounts payable invoices
- Supervise Billing and Accounts Receivable activities
- Accurately apply cash receipts, demonstrating the ability to identify and reconcile payment discrepancies
- Lead all collection efforts, proactively contacting customers to collect past dues
- Identify and report on specific issues that may negatively impact the accounts receivable balance
- Seek areas of opportunity to enhance processes and positively influence business results
- Cross-train on all other daily departmental functions to ensure adequate department coverage
- Perform other duties as assigned.
