In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, and addressing client inquiries. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three times per week.Responsibilities:• Ensure accurate processing of financial transactions including journal entries• Carry out reconciliation of balance sheets• Prepare and submit payroll tax returns• Manage GST and sales operations• Create ad hoc reports as needed• Conduct audit workpapers for financial transactions• Utilize Office software effectively for accounting tasks• Leverage Power BI for data analysis and reporting• Operate Deltek Vision or VantagePoint systems for accounting operations• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth financial operations
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
