Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts to identify variances and prepare potential correcting entries.
- Navigate and utilize accounting and financial software to perform reconciliations and related functions efficiently.
- Review and assess accounts thoroughly to ensure compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies.
- Assist with audit preparation and processes, leveraging previous audit experience if applicable.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in financial reporting by identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Strong accounting background with experience in managing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Proficiency in quickly learning and applying new accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for identifying variances and discrepancies.
- Knowledge of compliance reporting and proper accounting processes.
- 2 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to audits as a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP software are highly desirable.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
