This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity where you will be entrusted with responsibilities including accounts receivable, collections, invoicing, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations. You will also be expected to provide backup support for accounts payable tasks and assist with the ongoing audit.Responsibilities:• Oversee the process of accounts receivable• Handle collections and ensure timely payments• Generate and dispatch invoices to customers • Maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries are accurate• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity• Provide backup support for accounts payable tasks as needed• Assist in the audit process and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations• Utilize Yardi and Excel software for accounting tasks• Record daily receipts and journal entries to track financial transactions.
