If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for accuracy, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:General Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger and perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly close processes, including preparing and posting journal entries.Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and resolve discrepancies to ensure financial records are accurate.Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and other key reports for internal and external stakeholders.Budget Assistance: Support budgeting and forecasting efforts by compiling relevant data and analyzing variances.Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and other regulatory requirements.Audit Preparation: Assist with audits by gathering documentation, preparing schedules, and responding to auditor requests.Expense Reporting: Monitor and process employee expense reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.Process Improvement: Help identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in accounting or a related role.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting) preferred.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external parties.
