Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline account reconciliation activities.
- Oversee balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure its accuracy.
- Collaborate with Payroll, A/P & A/R staff to foster a high-performance, customer-service oriented work environment.
- Coordinate with other department supervisors and staff to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and data.
- Review the work of assigned areas and prepare department information for the comprehensive annual financial report.
- Possess relevant skills in Account Reconciliation
- Proficient in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations
- Thorough understanding of General Ledger management
- Ability to handle Journal Entries accurately
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for accounting purposes
- Experience in conducting Month End Close procedures
