We are currently seeking an Accounting Analyst to join one of our clients in the automotive industry, located in Dublin, Ohio. In this role, you will be in charge of handling customer service tasks, managing bank reconciliations, and utilizing accounting software systems. This is a contract to hire opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct thorough research and investigation on refunds
- Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and other Accounting Software Systems for various accounting functions
- Monitor and manage email communications efficiently
- Perform bank reconciliations using banking websites and Microsoft Excel
- Oversee accounts receivable (AR) and perform regular auditing
- Conduct billing functions as needed.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory
- Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Accounting Functions is essential
- Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) management is necessary
- Prior experience in Auditing is a significant plus
- Must be adept at handling Billing Functions
