This candidate must be an Accounts Payable/Payroll expert with an extreme attention to detail. Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmResponsibilities for the position include the following: Apply fundamental accounting principles to prepare accurate financial documents and reports, ensuring adherence to established control procedures.Perform routine accounting tasks, including calculations, payroll processing, and meticulous record keeping.Process invoices and generate checks for vendors and employees, following corporate approval protocols.Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, statistical analyses, and budget documentation.Ensure timely posting of all current month invoices to accounts payable, facilitating accurate month-end closing procedures.Manage and reconcile the petty cash fund, maintaining accurate records of transactions.Collect and process bi-weekly payroll information, and reconcile payroll data with source documents for accuracy.
