Responsibilities :
- Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient data management.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently.
- Oversee job costing and contract review to ensure financial accuracy.
- Use ADP - Financial Services and CaseWare to perform financial functions.
- Engage in auditing processes to maintain financial integrity.
- Carry out bank reconciliations using Concur.
- Handle customer inquiries and take appropriate action.
- Monitor and manage customer accounts for consistent service.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer credit applications.
- Maintain accurate customer credit records.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.
- Familiarity with CaseWare is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in using Concur is necessary.
- Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is beneficial.
- Must have a solid understanding of Accounting Functions.
