In this role, you’ll perform a variety of tasks, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with office duties. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and is looking to grow in their accounting career.Key Responsibilities:Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment follow-ups.Prepare and post journal entries into the general ledger.Reconcile bank and credit card statements.Support payroll submissions by gathering hours and verifying data for entry.Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve invoice or account discrepancies.Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accounting records.Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks as directed by the accounting team.
