You will be working in the accounting industry, handling a variety of tasks that require proficiency in accounting software systems and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities:• Efficiently and accurately processing customer credit applications • Maintaining precise records of customer credit • Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions • Conducting weekly check runs for Accounts Payable (AP)• Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) through aging report analysis and cash postings• Performing credit analysis in accordance with company policy• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes• Carrying out light bank reconciliations• Supporting the Controller in various accounting tasks.
