Accounting Clerk - Part-time

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Overland Park, Kansas, United States. This role is within the account industry, where you will be responsible for managing account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Execute accurate reconciliation of accounts to ensure financial accuracy
• Manage accounts payable to keep track of all outgoing payments
• Oversee accounts receivable to maintain the flow of incoming payments
• Handle billing tasks to provide accurate and timely invoices to customers
• Perform data entry tasks to keep all financial records up to date
• Process invoices effectively and efficiently
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and financial calculations
• Operate QuickBooks for financial management and reporting• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Expertise in Billing
• Proficiency in Data Entry
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with QuickBooks software
