The workplace is dynamic and necessitates interaction with various departments for smooth financial operations.This position is 100% onsiteResponsibilities:• Accurately and efficiently manage and process incoming payments related to accounts receivable• Ensure timely and accurate generation and dispatch of invoices to clients in line with established billing cycles• Keep track of payment statuses and follow up on outstanding invoices to manage accounts receivable aging reports• Uphold accurate and current records of all transactions related to accounts receivable, including payments, adjustments, and credits• Promptly and professionally address and resolve any billing inquiries and disputes from clients• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to confirm all payments are accounted for and correctly posted• Prepare and deliver regular reports on the status of accounts receivable, including aging reports and cash flow projections• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve issues and ensure seamless financial operations• Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant financial regulations and standards.
