Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related support.
- Support the month end process, including accruals and reconciliation.
- Leverage expertise in various financial and administrative tasks, including account reconciliation, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), billing operations, data entry, invoice management, and proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in a role related to accounting
- Proficiency in account reconciliation
- Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Demonstrated ability in billing procedures
- Proficient in data entry tasks
- Experience in invoice processing
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel usage
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work demands
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information in a detail-oriented manner.
