Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
- Maintain and update customer credit records
- Handle invoice processing and data entry tasks
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Use Microsoft Excel and other software for basic updates and records
- Perform general accounting tasks, excluding general ledger
- Enter payments received from clients
- Manage the process of cash posting and deposits
- Conduct account reconciliation
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is crucial for the role.
- Prior experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is strongly desired.
- Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes is necessary.
- The ability to handle Billing tasks is required.
- Excellent Data Entry skills are essential for the role.
- Experience in Invoice Processing is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary for the role.
- Knowledge of Great Plains or D365 software is beneficial.
