Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile account discrepancies and ensure all financial records are up-to-date.
- Handle invoice processing, including verification and data entry into accounting systems.
- Perform billing activities and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documents for easy access and audit readiness.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
- Collaborate with team members to support financial reporting and compliance efforts.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records for a manufacturing facility.
- Provide support in resolving accounting-related queries and discrepancies.
- Contribute to process improvements within the accounting department.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related roles.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for accounting tasks.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with invoice processing and billing procedures.
- Experience working in a manufacturing industry or facility is preferred.
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and external parties.
