Responsibilities:• Respond to customer inquiries related to billing with professionalism and courtesy.• Conduct research to address any confusions regarding billing procedures.• Review and interpret financial data to make informed assessments.• Collaborate regularly with the accounting department to solve any issues that may arise.• Address customer concerns related to billing with understanding and tact.• Provide updates on the status of customer inquiries and manage any escalated issues.• Work alongside the team to achieve overall organizational goals.• Utilize knowledge of Accounting software and Microsoft Office Packages in daily tasks.• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing Collection, and Cash Collections.• Handle Posting Payments and Collections - Commercial tasks.
