The role involves overseeing all aspects of accounting functions in our organization, including customer credit applications, AR, month-end close, and Sales Tax.Responsibilities• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency• Manage and maintain accurate client credit records • Handle customer inquiries regarding their accounts and take necessary actions• Supervise and participate in the month-end close processes • Conduct thorough reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy • Oversee and manage the accounts receivable process• Ensure accurate and timely execution of journal entries • Manage inventory accounting and ensure accurate tracking • Oversee the computation and filing of sales tax • Implement and manage the use of accounting software systems • Manage all billing functions within the organization This is a permanent position.
