The successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities including coordinating financial activities, overseeing daily financial operations, and maintaining a system of accounting records and techniques within our industry. This is a strategic role that will need to work closely with sales leaders and owners to drive profitable growth.Responsibilities:• Act as the primary contact for external auditors• Coordinate and oversee all financial activities, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting• Maintain a standardized system of accounting records and techniques• Oversee the daily financial operations of the business• Manage and balance the general ledger with accurate entries• Handle and report all tax responsibilities on a monthly and quarterly basis• Collaborate with sales leaders and owners to identify and prioritize strategies for profitable growth• Conduct internal audits to assess the organization's financial status• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations• Set controls and budgets to mitigate risk and increase return on investments • Work with existing tax accounting firm for financial reporting and tax filingsmedical, dental, vison, 401k and paid time off
