We are seeking an Accounting Manager with a manufacturing and cost background. This is a 100% onsite contract-to-hire opportunity. Experienced with Month End Close, Audit management, SAP or Oracle, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Cost Control, Cash Flow Forecasting and oversee AP and AR.
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principle
- Plan, implement and supervise the company’s financial strategy
- Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, forecast, budget, cash receipts and fixed assets
- Accountable for closing end books, oversee AP and AR activities
- Handle the company’s transactions and debts and do cash flow forecasting
- Perform the company’s financial audits
- Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
- Monitor and analyze financial accounting data
- Create financial reports based on data analysis
- Identity, research, resolve and communicate accounting, auditing and operational issues
- Maintains relationships with external auditors to complete audits of year-end financial statements
- Oversees routine daily operations of Accounting department
- Maintains banking relationships
- Review, create and apply department's procedures, policies and internal controls.
- Timely and accurate preparations of special projects and research.
- Supervise accounting staff
1. Need to have Manufacturing / Cost Background
2. 10 years of Accounting & Supervisory experience
3. CPA - preferred
4. SAP or Oracle preferred
