You will be tasked with handling various accounting functions, including financial analysis and statement preparation, as well as managing accounting software systems.Responsibilities:• Accurately process financial data and generate financial statements• Conduct financial analysis within the framework of a financial institution• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards in the preparation of financials• Develop procedures based on notes and previous records• Manage the closing of books for specific periods• Prepare reports for government agencies based on previous months' data• Oversee the card services department operations• Demonstrate a robust understanding of general accounting principles• Manage the transition of computer systems, specifically from xp2 to portico• Handle ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and accounting functions• Utilize SQL and other credit union services as necessary• Oversee billing functions within the organization
