In this role, you will be tasked with managing various accounting operations within the company, including the review and analysis of job costing and profitability. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities• Conduct thorough reviews of labor and materials costs to ensure completeness and accuracy.• Regularly perform job costing analysis using QuickBooks and MRP.• Manage the month-end close process effectively and efficiently.• Oversee the setup of job costing to ensure it aligns with company standards.• Analyze closed job orders from quote to delivery to invoicing.• Evaluate pricing, costing, and overall profitability by job.• Conduct regular profitability analysis, including the review of pricing and costing.
Salary : $50 - $55
