Requirements
What You Bring:
✔ Senior Accountant experience with hands-on month-end close & financial reporting
✔ Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and cash flow management
✔ Ability to work directly with executive leadership and provide financial analysis
✔ Experience in a scaling company or high-growth environment is a plus
✔ CPA or public accounting experience is a plus but not required

What You’ll Do
📊 Financial Management & Reporting
- Own the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and cash flow
- Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
- Oversee tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance in coordination with external auditors and tax professionals
- Ensure adherence to healthcare industry regulations and financial reporting requirements
