In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting the payroll department with various clerical duties. The tasks will include data entry, timecard reconciliation, paycheck distribution, and providing statements to different departments. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers will be crucial.Responsibilities:• Engage with employees through email and phone to secure timesheet approvals.• Provide employees with guidance and training on payroll-related systems, such as timesheet entry and online access to pay statements.• Carry out administrative tasks like filing, scanning, faxing, and photocopying.• Input data into Excel and the ADP payroll system.• Calculate and audit union calculations via Excel as directed.• Retrieve, distribute, and store reports as instructed.• Create and execute custom reports using ADP.• Undertake other assigned duties as necessary.
