Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a small accounting team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and team development.
- Oversee financial reporting, journal entries, account reconciliations, and fixed asset management.
- Manage multi-state payroll processing, tax compliance, and employee record maintenance.
- Assist with A/P, A/R, sales tax filings, and credit card reconciliations.
- Ensure timely completion of quarterly financial reports, tax documents, and business filings.
- Support vendor setup, credit applications, and various special projects.
