If you're looking to make an impact on a growing organization with room for growth and career advancement, this is the role for you!Responsibilities:• Review, verify, and process invoices from vendors and suppliers inaccordance with company policies• Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring timely payments are madethrough various methods (checks, ACH, wire transfers, etc.).• Maintain accurate records of vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, andrespond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status or issues.• Code invoices appropriately for accurate record keeping• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure that all payments areaccurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly resolved.• Process and enter Expense Reimbursements/Expense Reports• Ensure accurate invoice processing and corresponding approvals• Maintain organized files of invoices, receipts, and other financialdocuments for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.• Work closely with other departments (e.g., procurement, finance) to resolveissues, answer questions, and support the overall financial operations• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, and support any additionalaccounting tasks as needed (1099 compliance, etc)
