The selected individual will join our team, where they will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing financial transactions, maintaining vendor files, and ensuring the accuracy of accounts payable data. Responsibilities • Efficiently process incoming payments in accordance with the company's financial policies• Accurately maintain vendor records and ensure they are up-to-date• Regularly monitor vendor accounts to confirm that all payments are current• Investigate and address any discrepancies or issues related to invoices• Handle daily financial transactions which include verification, classification, computation, and recording of accounts payable data• Reconcile vendor statements and address any concerns promptly• Oversee the generation and processing of the weekly check run• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Epicor for various tasks• Ensure the accurate coding of invoices• Carry out data entry tasks as required
