Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines• Ensure timely and accurate processing of company inventory and expense payables • Organize, scan, and manage company documentation related to accounts payable • Collaborate with the merchandising and operations team to verify the accuracy of company invoices• Process weekly payment selections considering the company's terms and cash flow needs• Handle freight invoices, freight claims, rebates, and discounts• Maintain and update vendor accounts and ensure proper coding and dates for all transactions• Develop, implement, and maintain systems and procedures related to accounts payable• Identify and assist in implementing improvements in the accounts payable process.
