Responsibilities
- Accurately processing customer credit applications
- Keeping precise records of customer credit
- Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
- Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action as required
- Utilizing SAP to enter financial data accurately
- Handling Accounts Payable duties with efficiency and accuracy.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) role
- Proficiency in using SAP software for managing accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures related to accounts payable
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot numerical errors
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the rubber manufacturing industry is a plus
